Strawberry Lime Cinnamon Fat Flush

Drinking water is essential to staying alive. Drinking water also helps flush away toxins. But some times drinking water can get boring, or you feel like you need something else, because water alone just isn't cutting it.  There are loads of other drinks out in the world.. vitamin waters, water flavorings, sodas, spritzers... but you drink those and we're talking additives, extra calories, chemicals, refined sugars!  Gross!! No one needs that garbage in their system. So flavor you water naturally, with natural vitamins, good nutrients, and things that will work with the water to help flush away the toxins that are causing your body to hold on to fat.  Try this recipe for a great alternative to just drinking water every day! It tastes amazing, like apple pie!!

Ingredients:
-5 sliced strawberries
-1 lime (washed well and sliced)
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-4 cups water

Directions:
Steep overnight to fuse ingredients.

Enjoy several times a day, along with normal water intake.
Can re-fill water 1-2 times, but after that, discard the ingredients and start over, as the nutrients and flavors will be washed away by this time.

  1. When doing this detox drink how many days should you do it for

  2. You can go ahead and have this as often as you like. Just remember the ingredients will only stay fresh after 1-2 refills, so you would need a fresh batch after that. These ingredients aid in digestion and flush away toxins, so there is no worry of having too much. I would suggest plain water still be consumed during you day, and just to mix it up a little with this detox drink. Think of it as a replacement to grabbing a soda when you want to change it up from water. Go for this instead of the soda. :)

  4. Interesting. I’ve heard about watermelon-lime before, but this strawberry-lime with cinnamon sounds intriguing. Even the name has a refreshing ring on it. And it tastes like apple pie? Wow! This recipe sounds like it's worth the shot. Thanks for sharing!
